Role at TSSM:

Since joining the TSSM team in 2014, Isaac has been committed to producing high quality resources as well as presenting a number of courses for VCE Physics.

Isaac's attention to detail and knowledge of the VCE study design is reflected in the resources that he produces for both schools and students.

His friendly nature and personal teaching style has helped many students achieve excellent results in their final examinations.


Teaching Philosophy:

Isaac's aim is to create critical thinkers and problem solvers. Hence, his teaching practices revolve around ensuring students are able to utilize their academic knowledge to solve real life problems. Within his lessons, he mainly uses active learning pedagogies such as “inquiry based learning”. The power of such pedagogies is that they present students with personalized challenges, test their understanding and push their academic limits. The aim of such practice is to create active learners who inquire, question and “invest” in the process of unfolding, comprehending and utilizing scientific concepts.
