Kara has been part of TSSM’s Mathematics team since 2025.

Kara has been teaching since 2019. She is extremely knowledgeable, which gives her the ability to simplify difficult topics helping her students achieve exceptional results throughout their journey.

Her experience in teaching has provided her with the chance to quickly develop as a Mathematics teacher, leading her students towards impressive scores.

Kara is a motivated teacher who makes use of available resources to enhance and improve her teaching abilities so her students can continue to excel.

At TSSM, Kara also plays an important role in producing high quality resources in Mathematics Extension 1 & 2, mathematics Advanced, Mathematics Standard, 1 & 2 and IB Mathematics.


Teaching Philosophy:

Kara has a passion for mathematics education and strongly believes in the power of the growth mindset. She encourages her students to try, ask questions and feel comfortable to make mistakes, as this is truly the best path towards learning.
