Ainsley has been part of TSSM’s Mathematics team since 2026.

Ainsley has been teaching since 2016. She is extremely knowledgeable, which gives her the ability to simplify difficult concepts, helping her students achieve exceptional results throughout their journey.

Her experience in teaching has provided her with the chance to quickly develop as a Mathematics teacher, leading her students towards impressive scores.

Ainsley is a motivated teacher who makes use of available resources to enhance and improve her teaching abilities so her students can continue to excel.

At TSSM, Ainley also plays an important role in producing high quality resources in Essential Mathematics and General Mathematics.

Teaching Philosophy:

Ainsley believes every student can succeed in mathematics when learning is explicit, accessible, and connected to their needs and experiences. Ainsley designs lessons and assessment that are clearly structured, differentiated, and grounded in evidence so students can build confidence, fluency, and understanding over time. As an educator, she aims to help her students feel safe, to take risks, ask questions, and develop a positive relationship with learning.

Students learn at different paces, and methods that work well for one student may be less effective for another. Ainsley's goal is to provide individualized instruction to meet the educational needs of each student in my classroom.
