Since 2013 Doug has been writing high quality VCE resources and teaching courses to our students. With the firm belief that sport and physical activity should be an integral part of every person’s life, he strives to make his classes engaging, while compelling his students to learn more. Doug’s passion for Outdoor and Environmental Studies is his best teaching tool, which has gained him excellent feedback from his students.


Teaching Philosophy:

Education should be a fun and life long pursuit therefore teaching must engage students and compel them to want to learn more. It is extremely important to use a variety of teaching methods so as to fully capture every students interest. One of the most important teaching tools is passion, you must love what you teach.
