Role at TSSM:

Since starting with TSSM in 2017, Jia has been a valuable member of the team. His role at TSSM is driven by his passion for Biology.

Specialising in Biotechnology during his tertiary studies, Jia has an in-depth understanding of VCE Biology and in particular experimental Biology and design.

Jia's experience as a teacher has enabled his students to develop their skill's through his guidance and dedication.

Jia's role at TSSM extends to producing high quality VCE resources that both students and teachers can use to maximise the achievement in VCE Biology.


Teaching Philosophy:

Jia's role as a teacher is to act as a guide to open up new possibilities and to maximize his students' potential as learners in class. His students always participate actively in classroom discussion to unravel complex scientific concepts. Ultimately, Jia believes that learning is about the joy of coming to class and obtaining new knowledge.
