Part 5 - Paired Comparison - I am Malala / Made in Dagenham - Comparative Text Analysis Session

This two and a half hour session on I am Malala / Made in Dagenham will focus on the specific paired comparison. In addressing the paired comparison, this session will make detailed reference and similarities between the texts. Students will leave with a detailed understanding of the interactions between the two texts.

Students will be guided in advance on the key ideas that will be covered when studying I am Malala / Made in Dagenham at school.  This will help students excel in learning and understanding the Paired text when returning to semester 2.

This component is worth one-third of the total assessment for the examination and therefore attending this session will help equip students with the essential skills required to analyse and disect the paired texts.

Students will receive a thorough Head Start on all Unit 4 Areas of Study including: Reading and comparing texts.
