**Our guarantee terms and conditions for all programs (courses) can be found under 'conditions of enrolment' on each course brochure. Please read this carefully. Please note also that no refunds will be issued under our guarantee for our 11, 12 or 15 Week Intensive Tutorial Classes unless the student has attended the first two weeks of the program AND unless we are notified of the request in writing prior to the commencement of the third week of the program which is by 5:00pm Monday August 2, 2011.
