Role at TSSM:

Since starting with the company in 2010 Tracy has become a valued member of the TSSM team, teaching in our Biology courses and also preparing resources. Tracy's passion for Biology is reflected in her detailed knowledge of the subject and her commitment to helping VCE students be the best they can be. 

Teaching Philosophy:

Tracy believes that to be a good teacher you have to be enthusiastic about your subject and you have to communicate that enthusiasm to students. In the rapidly developing fields of science it is also important to keep up-to-date with the current knowledge and research findings. This allows the teacher to bring the curriculum out of the text book and into the real world and to present science as a dynamic field of study.
