Role at TSSM:

Pat has been a valued member of the TSSM team since 2003, producing resources and presenting courses for VCE Chemistry.  Pat's attention to detail and intimate knowledge of the Chemistry Study Design is consistently reflected in the high quality material he produces for the company.  His professionalism and ability to relate to students has seen many of them achieve outstanding results in VCE Chemistry.

Teaching Philosophy:

Pat believes that a characteristic of good teachers is a passion for their subject area. This passion leads to the teacher researching and refining their presentation. A teacher needs to be able to view the subject from the point of view of a student and be able to predict likely training blocks. Pat knows that good teachers can hone in on the concepts that are most critical for a particular subject and they can ensure that all possible links between different topics are established.
