Role at TSSM:
Since joining the company in 2010 Jennifer has written resources for TSSM and has presented courses. Jennifer's competency and attention to detail allows her to produce quality resources and present exceptionally well. Her warm and friendly personality makes students feel that they are involved within the class.
Teaching Philosophy:
Jennifer has genuine concerns for her students. Throughout her teaching, she strives to create a warm, enriching environment where all students feel that they are involved within the class. Through nurturing, diligence and consistency, students feel valued. She is open and understanding; whereby students feel comfortable discussing various issues/problems with her. Furthermore, Jennifer feels that every student is entitled to learn in a safe environment. She structures her lessons to cater for individual needs, as students have different abilities, attitudes, knowledge and background experiences.
