Role at TSSM:

Since joining the TSSM team in 2007, Ersilia has presented and prepared extensive resource material for both English and Legal Studies.  With her versitility and detailed knowledge across both subject areas Ersilia has become a valued member of staff at TSSM.  Her strong communication skills and interactive teaching style have helped students achieve excellent results in their final examinations.

Teaching Philosophy:

Ersilia believes that teaching is about helping all students achieve their full potential. Teaching goes beyond the classroom, it is about being there for students whenever they need assistance and encouraging them when they feel it is beyond them. She knows that a good teacher is able to engage students and arouse their curiosity so as to heighten their desire to learn.
