Our Accounting Targeted Evaluation Tasks are the collaborated efforts of two experienced VCE teachers, both of whom are Exam Assessors. These tasks are available exclusively to schools and are available in electronic or hardcopy format. A variety of tasks are available for Units 3 and 4. 

Students are not permitted to order these tasks.

The Accounting Targeted Evaluation Tasks are offered to schools copyright free for the restricted use of students of that school only.

TSSM's Targeted Evaluation Tasks are designed to target the key areas of the recently changed Study Design for Accounting.  These tasks are a valuable resource with which to assess the coursework components of Unit 3 and 4 Accounting.  All tasks are supplied with full solutions.

Targeted Evaluation Tasks for Accounting have been prepared for both Unit 3 and 4.  The following packages are available to schools:

Unit 3 Package includes 5 tasks -  

Outcome 1 for Area of Study 1 (One option, 3 tasks included):

1. Set of 3 folio exercises  

& Outcome 2 for Area of Study 2 (One option, 2 tasks included):

1. Set of 2 Structured questions

Unit 4 Package includes 6 tasks - 

Outcome 1 for Area of Study 1 (One option, 3 tasks included):

1. Set of 3 folio exercises including one using ICT

& Outcome 2 for Area of Study 2 (Two options, 3 tasks included): 

1. Budgeting case study

2. Evaluation of business performance: Set of 2 structured questions

These tasks provide teachers with a degree of flexibility when setting assessment tasks for their students.  While TSSM thoroughly checks the accuracy and relevance of these Targeted Evaluation Tasks, prior to assessing students, it is the individual school's responsibility to ensure that these are an appropriate form of assessment.
